The following postcodes are subject to a surcharge only where a parcel weighs over 2kg.

Delivery Addresses
We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address (e.g. hotels or accommodation) or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
BFPO addresses welcome. Standard rates set by BFPO apply.
Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland, may take longer than our usual (UK) delivery times.
Signing For Parcels
Our courier company require a signature for delivery. Should this be a problem, please consider alternate delivery options such as a work address or friend/relative where you know someone can sign for the parcel.
You can specify special delivery instructions when going through the checkout process e.g. entrance on Lyndhurst Gardens or leave with neighbour if out.
Please note that the driver will only attempt to leave with a neighbour if authorised by both sender and receiver. If you request this (in the Special Instructions section) please leave a note to this effect for the driver to see when attempting to deliver the parcel (if safe to do so).
If delivery is attempted and the carrier is unable to deliver the parcel, a card will be left explaining how to arrange re-delivery. You will have three re-delivery attempts before being charged for the next re-delivery. This will cost £6.50 and will be charged as soon as possible.

We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of payment. Your order should arrive within five working days. Please allow a few extra days for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Europe and International. If you have not received your order within 14 days, or if an order arrives damaged please notify us as soon as possible.
*Delivery time should not exceed 5 working days. Should there be an issue with your order at time of processing one of our customer representatives will contact you via email or telephone.
Can I send to more than one address?
No. We can only deliver to a single delivery address per order. If you wish goods to be delivered to two separate addresses, you will need to complete two separate orders.

Part of my order is damaged
Your order will be carefully packed so that it arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that the items have been damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48hours of receipt.
If your parcel appears to have been damaged or tampered with in transit, please do not accept delivery and allow the courier to return the package to us.
Should the package only be partially damaged and you'd like to accept the parcel, please make a note of any noticeable damage when signing for the parcel.
If you receive goods damaged in transit, please advise us immediately upon receipt of order to enable us to peruse a claim on your behalf with the Post Office or carrier.
Any replacement products, refunds or compensation will be considered, and may be granted at our discretion. We will require evidence of any damage, which must be received by us within 7 days of the original delivery. This evidence may be in the form of photographs, or by returning the goods to us and must include the original packaging.
