Order Process
Step 1. When you require delivery to Europe of Rest of the World, then postage is calculated at Cost.
Step 2. Once you have placed your order, you will be taken to a secure page to make a Pre-Authorised payment for the goods ordered. Pre- authorisation allows us to accept an order, but not collect any funds from you until the parcel is ready to ship.
Step 3. We will then pack and weigh the parcel to given an accurate quote for postage.This quote will be communicated to you via email or phone.
Step 4. Once confirmed, payment will be taken and your order will be processed immediately. Our Ethos
Sugarshack does not make profit from postage and packaging as will be shown in the rates below. Our commitment to recycling may mean your goods are packed in already used packaging.

Sending a parcel to Switzerland will incur a flat rate customs charge of £25.
