Returns Policy

If any item is broken or damaged upon delivery we'll replace it or refund your money, whichever you prefer. We will refund the cost of returning the item to us too. It's as simple as that.

You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 8 working days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the products are unopened and/or in resale-able condition. We will refund the price of the order within 30 days from the date of cancellation including any postage charges paid to us.

Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories:

• Goods made to your specification (for example, birthday cakes)
• Perishable goods (for example icing and other edibles

Complaints

Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavour to respond to complaints within 5 working days. Should you have a 'returns' query or a complaint, please do not hesitate to contact us.
