Mercken's Candy Melts is a delicious, smooth and creamy vanilla flavoured candy coating. White and coloured candy coatings combined with sugar, milk and vegetable oil. Easy to melt, just place small melts in bain marie or can be used in a microwave. Once melted they can be poured into candy moulds, or be used for dipping or drizzling. Mercken's Compound Coatings have become a favourite among home candy makers as well as professional candy makers.
