No-bake Chocolate Cheesecake

A chocolate cheesecake from and aerial view cut into 8 pieces slightly pulled apart from each other but still in a circular shape.


  • 45g unsalted butter
  • 150g digestive biscuits
  • 110g caster sugar
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 120ml whipping cream
  • 200g full fat cream cheese


  1. Prepare a 7″ round, loose bottomed cake tin.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter.
  3. Crush the digestive biscuits and add 1tbsp of caster sugar..
  4. Pour biscuit mixture into the melted butter and combine.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the tin and refrigerate.
  6. Melt the chocolate and leave to cool slightly.
  7. Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks, add the melted chocolate, mix and set aside.
  8. Beat the cream cheese and remaining sugar together, fold it into the cream/chocolate mixture.
  9. Spread on top of crushed biscuits and freeze for 1 hour.
  10. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
  11. Enjoy!
