Advantages to using Sugarflair Blossom Tint:
The colours are ideal for dusting sugarpaste - mix with some spirit to enable you to paint with it, and add to melted chocolate for subtle tones.
The dusting colour is also perfect for colouring marzipan, knead the mixture with a plastic bag to avoid staining fingers.
