If your product is damaged or broken upon arrival, please send us an image of the damaged item, along with a copy of your paper invoice to email@example.com once we have received the email, we will rectify the matter for you immediately.
If the damaged item needs to be returned to us, we will reimburse your postal costs and replace the item for you. When doing this, please include your invoice number, why the item is being returned and state whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 8 working days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the products are unopened and/or in resale-able condition. We will refund the price of the order within 30 days from the date of cancellation including any postage charges paid to us.
Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories:
Goods made to your specification (for example, birthday cakes
Perishable goods (for example icing and other edibles
Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavour to respond to complaints within 5 working days. Should you have a 'returns' query or a complaint, please do not hesitate to contact us.
You can now recycle your old electricals with us.If you’re buying a new electrical item, we will recycle your old one for free.
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste.Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.

Items can be dropped off to our warehouse, either in person or by post, the address is as follows:
Old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is nowmarked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw anyelectrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed outwheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries tomaximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. Inthe UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customersbuying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge.Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customersbuying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.Find more information on WEEE recycling, and locate your local recycling centre, at www.recyclenow.com.
